1. Ratebandsonline.com (also referred to as "we", "us", or "our") allows bands (also referred to as "you") to upload their original works, visitors to rate them (also referred to as "you"), and is hosted within the United States of America. This terms of use agreement may be modified from time to time by us and this agreement constitutes legally binding terms and applies to your use of Ratebandsonline.com. By accessing and/or using Ratebandsonline.com's services (whether by merely browsing the site or becoming a member) apply to a users. You are authorized to use Ratebandsonline.com's services (intentionally or unintentionally) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and this terms of service agreement. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time and from time to time, and each modification shall be effective upon posting online. Your continued use of Ratebandsonline.com's services constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of service. If you do not agree with the terms of service, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. This agreement, and any posted update to this agreement shall remain in effect while you are using our services. This service is used at your own risk.

2. Use of Ratebandsonline.com is void where prohibited. By using our services, you represent that all registration information is truthful and accurate, you will maintain said accuracy, you are 13 years of age or older, and that using this service does not violate any laws. Your membership and access may be terminated, without warming, if we believe that any of the information is innacurate.

3. You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions within your control panel. Ratebandsonline.com may terminate your membership at any time, for any (or no) reason, without explanation or prior notice, and without liability. We may also remove any postings, at out sole discretion, without limitation and without explanation, prior notice, or liability. We reserve the right to rename your profile url, restrict/deny/suspend/terminate access to Ratebandsonline.com if we believe you have violated this agreement or pose a threat.

4. If you register, you will be asked to choose a password. You agree to not share your password with a third party and are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not use the login information of another member and are soley reponsible for any and all use of your account. You also agree to notify Ratebandsonline.com if you suspect your account has been compromised.

5. You agree to indemnify and hold Ratebandsonline.com and its affiliates harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Ratebandsonline.com's services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement and/or any Content that you post on, through or in connection with our services.

6. Use of Ratebandsonline.com is also governed by our privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.

7. The ads listed on Ratebandsonline.com's site are from a third party. We do not control the third party and do not dictate their actions. Any interaction with them is done at your discretion and you agree to hold us harmless from any and all liabilities that arise from said use. We encourage you to only share information with them that you are comfortable with.

8. You are soley responsible for your interaction with other members and third parties. We reserve the right, but have no obligation to, become involved in any way with these disputes.

9. Your profile may not include any form of prohibited content. You may contact us if you believe any profile violates this agreement but we cannot be held responsible for said content. You are soley responsible for the content that you post on, through any connection with Ratebandsonline.com. We assume no responsibility for content or for monitoring our services for said content nor the conduct of our users.

10. We do not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, or sounds of anything that you transmit, display, or post. By posting any content you agree to give Ratebandsonline.com a limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on, through or in connection with our Services. The license you grant to us is non-exclusive (we don't own it), fully-paid and royalty-free (we don't pay anybody for the benefit of its posting), and is worldwide (since this is the Internet).

11. You represent that you own the Content posted by you, or otherwise have the right to grant the license to post the content, without any royalties paid by us. You also represent that this does not violate the copyrights or any other rights of any person or entity. You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.

12. We reserve the right to limit the storage capacity of any and all accounts.

13. If you believe your work has been copied and/or posted in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us.

14. Prohibited content/activity is, but not limited to: Harassment, bigotry, hatred, or anything that incites racism or physical harm to anybody or group. Contains nudity or links to adult websites. Solicits information from users under the age of 18. Post information that creates a security risk for any person. Promotes illegal activites. Attempts to violate the copyright of any individual or entity.

Privacy Policy

Information collected upon signup is only used for verification purposes and added to our mailing list. None of your information is disclosed to third parties, and you may opt out of the mailing list by sending an email to Nick (at) RateBandsOnline.com.
